One Month of Sarah Palin Emails Missing
Out of the thousands of pages of emails released last week, nearly a month of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin’s emails are missing.
The gap begins two days after Palin took office as Governor of Alaska — December 6, 2006 — and lasts nearly one month, with the next email appearing in the release dated December 31, 2006.
The emails were not removed for personal or legal reasons as they are not a part of the redacted log, the Washington Post reported Tuesday.
Assuming Palin used her Yahoo email address to send correspondence to a state recipient, the missing month would have covered Palin’s desire to sell the state jet on eBay as well as her plans to cancel the so-called “Bridge to Nowhere.”
